1. New Registrations with Paper Presentation - up to November 7, 2011

Late Bird Registrations with Oral Paper Presentation to be Closed on November 7, 2011. However Posters can be accepted along with New Late-bird Registrations.

2. Theme Song for IEME4GE 2012

The Theme Song in Malayalam, penned by Dr. C. P. Sreekantan Nair, Chairman, CTE, Kerala State Centre - who is also a leading poet, is in the Music Composition stage. 

The English and the Hindi versions of the same are also getting ready.

3. Curtain Raiser Programme at Gyanvani FM Radio

A per week half an hour curtain raiser discussion will begin in IGNOU Gyanvani FM radio from the Second Week of November on the Main and Sub-themes of IEME4GE 2012. Tune to Gyanvani at 105.6 MHz

4. One Person - One Paper - One Publication - One Certificate 

A Delegate is allowed Only One Paper Presentation and corresponding Publication in the Compendium/ Book, whether it is Individual paper or Combined papers (Co-authored). 

Multiple Registration for Multiple Paper Presentation is NOT entertained.

However, a delegate presenting/co-authoring a paper may be allowed to present a Poster on the payment of `500 or US$15 (foreign delegates).

Those who have sent  two or more papers (individual as well as combined) are requested to inform the Conference Committee as to which among the papers is to be considered for presentation/ publication.
