- Food coupons for the three days are enclosed in the file. Please hand over the same to the Canteen before enjoying a sumptuous lunch.
- Please ensure your presence by signing the attendance list for each day. Duty Certificate will be issued only on the days of presence.
- Certificate will be issued only on 4 February 2017. If your presence on the same day cannot be ensured, necessary arrangements to be made to collect the same.(Inform Registration Desk)
- Cash receipt will be issued along with the Certificate.
- Those who require Compendium, please register at the desk.
- Please bring Proof / Details of DD /Online Transfer (for Registration) and show them at the time of Registration.
- Presentations are arranged as four parallel sessions.
- List of Paper Presenters at each venue are displayed on the Notice Board.
- PPT-to be uploaded in the laptop as per the venue assigned.
- Counters representing each venue to collect hard copy are as follows
- Non-Competition Session - 3
- Competition Session - 4
- List of Paper Presenters, duration of presentation and venue are displayed on the Notice Board.
- Report at your venue on time.
- Duration of Paper Presentation
- Non-Competition – 7 mts
- Competition – 10 mts
- Warning Bell at the 6th minute
- Maximum of 10 slides for Presentation
- Presentation to be followed by brief discussion.
- Ensure that your full paper is send to us through mail.
